About the Trade Mission & Charlotte

We are planning to take a delegation of technology and financial services businesses to Charlotte, North Carolina in June 2026. 

The mission will coincide with Charlotte Fintech Week 8 -12 June 2026 which is anchored on the Fintech & Insurtech Generations Conference 

The programme will include: 

  • One pass to attend the Fintech & Insurtech Generations Conference
  • A tailored schedule of 1:1 and group meetings with potential partners and customers
  • Site visits to high‑growth fintech and financial services organisations
  • Networking events with industry leaders and the local fintech community
  • In‑market briefings  

Charlotte is: 

  • The second‑largest banking hub in the United States, after New York
  • Home to 25+ major financial institutions, including Bank of America, Truist, Wells Fargo and leading fintechs such as LendingTree and AvidXchange
  • A fast‑growing fintech ecosystem, spanning insurtech, wealthtech and financial services technology
  • Home to 200+ financial services headquarters, supported by 232,000 finance professionals and 23,000 fintech workers
  • Projected to raise its sector valuations from $115bn (2021) to nearly $936bn by 2030
  • Already linked to Northern Ireland through a Memorandum of Understanding between both Chambers of Commerce, with Invest NI a member of the North Carolina Chamber.

Spaces are limited and we will allocate on a first come, first served basis, subject to receiving your completed application form and payment.

£500+VAT per company (up to a max of two company representative)
