Eight companies from Northern Ireland exhibited at Defence and Security Equipment International (DSEI), the world’s largest land, sea, air and space biennial defence and security exhibition.

Defence, security and aerospace are priority sectors for Northern Ireland and are worth over £1.5bn per annum to the economy. There are over 100 companies in the sector, employing in excess of 7,000 people. International investors successfully operating in the region include Thales, Spirit AeroSystems and Collins Aerospace.

  • ANGOKA is an IoT security company, headquartered in Belfast, with offices in London and The Hague, focused on protecting machine-to-machine communications for Smart Cities and Mobility.
