Athru is a local start-up, founded in 2025 by James McLernon and Jamie O’Reilly.

Its mission is to help organisations modernise finance through expert advisory and the use of AI to optimise finance functions.

With our support, the company is scaling rapidly and building a high-value, skilled team in Northern Ireland.

Invest NI has supported the creation of 8 new roles, from graduate to senior consultant level, enabling Athru to build a high-quality team at pace.

The new team will focus on accelerating growth by expanding Athru’s services to clients across the UK, Europe and the US, supporting organisations in new and existing markets.
